Student Life
Beyond the classroom, day students and boarders experience the full vibrancy of Academy life. They can try out an array of sports and creative activities, and put their skills to use for others in their service learning projects. We also have a well-being team that supports students inside and outside the classroom.
“We must... infuse our students with what I would call three “A’s” of modern learning – the spirit of anticipation, the spirit of adaptation and the spirit of adventure. This will happen best in learning environments which are both serious and focused on the one hand, but which are also joyous and inspiring places, operating on the cutting edge of pedagogy and knowledge.”

Day in the Life of an AKA Dhaka Student
“My typical day at AKA Dhaka is full of surprises. Going to seven classes a day may seem like a challenge, but all teachers brings the classroom to life, making even the most complex topics engaging. It genuinely makes me look forward to every class.
Lunch is the highlight of my day – sprinting onto the Maidan for 45 minutes of pure passion and enjoyment. Afterwards, it’s time for either my enrichment or service programme.
By the final bell, I’m exhausted. Yet somehow, leaving always feels hard. As I head home, I reflect on the day and realise that, within just a few hours, I've created countless memories. It makes me appreciate that being a student at AKA Dhaka is a unique blend of academic rigour, social connections and personal growth that makes life here truly unforgettable.”
