A busy few weeks for our sporting champions!

In the last fortnight, over 70 Academy students participated in four inter-school competitions for basketball, football, swimming and skating, highlighting our commitment to physical education and developing leadership through teamwork and individual accomplishment. The competitions were held by Phoenix Green International School, Glendale Academy, Oakridge International School and the School Games Federation of India (SGFI).

In both the basketball and football competitions, Academy teams reached the semi-finals. At the Oakridge swimming meet, our team bagged 20 medals (14 gold, four silver and two bronze). Subsequently, the swimming team won an astounding 39 medals (18 gold, 15 silver and six bronze) at Glendale Academy. What an amazing achievement!

We would like to congratulate Mahima Chopra of grade 10 who participated in the Rangareddy district-level interschool skating competition organized by SGFI and won the bronze medal in the 300m line skating race for the under-17 category!
