After the successful completion of the Aga Khan Academy Maputo's Junior School campus, construction of residential facilities is underway as part of the next phase of campus development.

On-site residential facilities will allow students from throughout the country and neighbouring countries to reside on campus and learn to live independently under the supervision of staff and dorm parents.

Two residential blocks are currently being constructed. Each building will be able to accommodate 48 students, with boys and girls in separate residences. Each residential building will have a common room and a sick room, and a central courtyard.
