AKA,Mombasa's Anthony Gioko Featured as an Excellent Educator on Daily Edventures

Anthony Gioko, teacher and Professional Development Coordinator at the Aga Khan Academy, Mombasa has been recognised for his innovative teaching and learning techniques.

He was featured in an interview by Anthony Salcito, Vice President of Education for Microsoft Corporation’s Worldwide Public Sector, on Salcito's blog 'Daily Edventures'. The blog is run as a tribute to educators who inspire and innovate in their capacities.

The interview covers many of Anthony Gioko's projects in his time at the Academy, including his management of the school's professional development projects, and the Educating Girls in Science programme, sponsored by Intel.
